佐藤 隆之（さとうたかゆき）・プロフィール

1961 年山形県⽣生まれ、関⻄育ち。
大阪芸術大学映像計画学科中退後、上京。
1982 年よりフリーの助監督として劇映画、テレビドラマ制作に従事する。
1984 年 大林宣彦監督「さびしんぼう」以降、黒⽊和雄、鈴木清順、廣木隆一、堤幸彦など
の作品に助監督として参加。
1995 年テレビドラマ「きっと誰かに逢うために」（テレビ東京）で初監督。
オリジナルシナリオ「⼭を見ていた」「あるアイヌの若者たちの肖像」が

NHKサンダンス映画祭日本シナリオ賞にノミネートされた。
監督作に「再⽣」「十代最後の日」（角川ビデオ）、「メゾン・ド・ヌフ」「少年サスペンス」（TV朝日）、「看護師・⽉子」「ショートカッツ」（DVD作品）など。
その後、個⼈製作ドキュメンタリーに転じる。
2016 年ドキュメンタリー映画「kapiw とapappo~アイヌの姉妹の物語~」劇場公開。
同作品にて文化庁・文化芸術振興費補助⾦の助成を受ける。
2018年よりマイノリティに関する新たなドキュメンタリー映画を製作中。

東京在住アフリカンコミュニティ・アイヌコミュニティと親交がある。
趣味はジャズ、山の中でのキャンプ。

2006年より夜勤のパートタイムとしてタクシードライバーを始める。

 

 

【Takayuki Sato (PEACH) · Profile】

Takayuki Sato was born in 1961 in Yamagata Prefecture, and grew up in the Kansai area.

Osaka Art University Film Department (1979) After moving to Tokyo, he started work as a freelance assistant film director (AD).

He worked as AD on the feature “Sabisinbo" with director Nobuhiko Ohbayashi in 1984, and later with directors Kazuo Kuroki, Seijun Suzuki, Ryuichi Hirokki, Yukihiko Tsutsumi.

He directed his first TV drama "To meet someone" (TV TOKYO) in 1995.

His original script "I Was Looking at the Mountain - Portrait of an Ainu Youth" was a finalist for the NHK-Sundance script award.

He directed "Re-creating”, "Last Today's Day" (Kadokawa Video), "Maison de Neuf”, "Boy Suspense" (TV Asahi), "Nurse, Tsukiko”, "Short cuts" (DVD works). Later, he turned to documentary filmmaking.

The documentary feature “Kapiw and Apappo - A Tale of Ainu sisters” was released in 2016. “Kapiw and Appapo” received funding from the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Culture and Arts Promotion Aid Fund. His current documentary projects focus on vulnerable populations. He is involved with the African immigrant community in Tokyo, and the Ainu indigenous people.

He likes jazz and camping in the mountains.

He is a filmmaker and also works as a taxi driver.
